Press Shop Supervisor (At Our Chakan Based Plant)

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to ensure the production plan v/s actual for all lines.
• Responsible for following all operators WI for all processes.
• Responsible for manpower allocation to all lines
• Ensure skill matrix updation.
• Responsible for skill upgradation of operators.
• Training & developing the operators for smooth running of process machines.
• Responsible for maintaining 5S at shop floor area.
• Responsible for implementing CAPA for internal & customer complaints
• Responsible for maintaining the production data.
• Responsible for production punching in SAP on daily basis.
• Preparing shift schedule of the manpower.
• Ensure to run production as per control plan.
• Address the issues written in shift log sheet.
• Ensure filling of breakdown slips to toolroom & maintenance
• Highlighting manpower shortages to HR
• Responsible for updating monthly KPIs.
• Cycle time study of all parts & all operations

AUTHORITY:

• Sign off the production report.
• Sign off the process parameter sheet
• Declare rework & rejection
• Stop production for any abnormality.
• Leaves / Out pass to workers.
