Role & responsibilities

Job Purpose:

Role is strategically focused on end-to-end clinics doctors payout, creating controls and close co-ordination with NHIC Clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Should have Fundamental Accounting Skill and Profitability Understanding
• Adhering Internal control, Policies & Driving Audits.
• Coordination with both Internal & External Auditors.
• Tracking of doctors attendance.
• Overseeing the Doctors Payouts.
• Reviewing doctors MOUs
• Data Orientation/Analysis and Microsoft Excel Skill is a must.
• Co-ordination with respective department/People
• Experience in Retail/Healthcare Sector will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

• Verbal Ability/Communication Skill: Ability to comprehend verbal instructions given by the supervisor or head of the department.
• Problem solving/ Decision-making.
• To think independently and exercise own judgment.
• Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to plan & organize ones work schedule effectively.
• Speaking and listening are essential requirements to understand and carry out the instructions given by the supervisors and other related departmental personnel.
• Affinity to work in team, Enthusiasm and Open-mindedness
