1. Perform and document history & physical examination.
2. Formulate differential diagnosis
3. Develops and documents initial plan of care*
4. Modifies daily plan of care*
5. Writes daily progress notes
6. Obtain and document informed consent
7. Order appropriate referrals*

9. Interpret hemodynamic parameters in critically ill patients*
10.Interpret laboratory & radiology results*
11.Orders transfusions of blood and blood products*
12.Order appropriate medication and other orders*
13.Prepare an appropriate discharge summary
