About the Role:
The Talent Operations & Analytics Specialist will be responsible for driving talent intelligence initiatives and providing insights to optimize talent processes across the organization. The role emphasizes data management, reporting, and process workflows, while ensuring compliance and governance in talent operations. Expertise in handling talent data, process mapping, and reporting is essential.
Location: Narayana Health Corporate Office, Bommasandra, Bengaluru
Key Deliverables:
A. Talent Operations & Process Management (35%)
- Oversee the collection, validation, and management of all talent-related data to ensure accuracy and integrity across the organization.
- Develop, implement, and optimize workflows for key talent processes, ensuring operational efficiency and consistency across units.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards in talent operations, including Background Verification (BGV) and onboarding processes.
B. Talent Analytics & Intelligence (30%)
- Conduct market research and talent mapping for critical roles. Use talent intelligence tools to benchmark and identify talent pools and competitors.
- Develop and maintain talent dashboards, tracking critical metrics (Time to Hire, Talent Gaps, Source Mix, etc.). Provide insights to inform workforce planning and talent strategy.
- Regularly publish data-driven reports with insights into talent acquisition, attrition, and workforce planning, providing recommendations to senior leadership.
- Utilize talent data to forecast future talent needs, analyze turnover trends, and identify areas for improvement in talent processes.
C. Candidate Experience & Engagement Analytics (15%)
- Conduct candidate experience surveys, analyze data, and create action plans to improve the overall hiring experience.
- Identify gaps in candidate experience and collaborate with recruitment teams to implement solutions based on data insights, improving the overall talent acquisition process.
D. Talent Acquisition Support (20%)
- Assist in the recruitment process for key positions, focusing on data-driven sourcing, screening, and candidate tracking.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to optimize talent pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates for critical roles.
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to align talent strategies with business goals.
Candidate Skills Required:
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, complex formulas) and experience with data visualization tools.
- Prior experience in SAP Success Factors will be an added advantage
- Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
