- Course Design & Development:
- Design course curriculum, learning objectives, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
- Update and modify course content as per industry standards and emerging technologies.
- Create assessments and projects to evaluate student progress and performance.
- Student Support & Guidance:
- Provide individual attention and support to students to help them with challenging topics.
- Offer guidance on assignments, projects, and exam preparations.
- Provide feedback to students on their progress and suggest improvements.
- Classroom Management:
- Create a positive, inclusive, and conducive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure adherence to rules and regulations.
- Organize group activities, workshops, and practical sessions to enhance hands-on learning.
- Professional Development:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field of computer science and IT.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training programs to continuously improve teaching skills and knowledge.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and grades.
- Prepare progress reports for students and meet with parents or guardians as required.
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with other faculty members to improve the curriculum.
