IT EXECUTIVE

Location: Narayan Seva Sansthan, Udaipur

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical support to resolve IT-related issues for hardware, software, and networking.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems in PCs, printers, interactive boards, Wi-Fi networks, plotters, and biometric devices.

1. Network Management:

• Manage LAN and cable infrastructure, ensuring efficient connectivity and minimal downtime.
• Monitor and maintain fiber optic connections to support uninterrupted operations.

1. Device & Infrastructure Maintenance:

• Perform regular maintenance and timely repairs on all IT devices to ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and updating of IT equipment and systems.

1. IT Inventory Management:

• Maintain an up-to-date record of IT inventory, including hardware, software, and accessories.
• Ensure timely procurement and replacement of IT assets when necessary.

1. Coordination & Collaboration:

• Collaborate effectively with the IT team to execute projects and resolve escalated issues.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related procurements and services.

1. Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Document technical resolutions and maintain records for troubleshooting reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 23 years of experience in IT support and network management.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in LAN/WAN networking, cable management, and fiber optic connectivity.
• Hands-on experience with printers, interactive boards, plotters, and biometric systems.
• Knowledge of IT inventory tools and management systems.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under deadlines.
