Role & responsibilities

  • People & Sales Management
  • Coaching on the Job and Classroom Medical Rep who is a direct reportee on Call, topics and other parameters
  • Developing Analytical skills in medical Reps by showing how data is best utilized for business decisions and ensuring Reporting of correct data through reporting tools given
  • Ensuring dissemination of Product Knowledge so that detailing is better by medical rep.
  • Ensuring KOL management through relationship management and other Brand activities.
  • Tracking Competition and their activity.
  • Develop management in collaboration with your manager allowing to bring an analysis and measurement of the performance or weakness of the people, in order to identify the improvement area of a part of their task. This way for each person you will know on which sector he needs more especially your support.
  • Prepare Work plan Med reps A, B Dr Frequency of visit and tracking prescriptions.
  • Ensuring POBs Numeric distribution availability so that Prescription is not bounced.
  • Ensure Med rep Travel costs are within Budgets aligned and Planning of same with immediate manager
  • Collaborate with Distributor Sales Rep, so that Visibility improves in POBs where Prescription is honored and also prescriptions.
  • Ensure weekly primary orders from Stockiest as per secondary liquidations
  • Ensure Orders given to Distributors are Followed up so that supply happens within 48 hrs of the order.
  • Ensure CFA Stocks are managed and forecasted well in advance so that Supplies are not disturbed
  • Ensure marketing input and initiatives execution from the team as per the given timeline
  • Weekly review of marketing initiatives and inputs
  • During JFW, take feedback on marketing initiatives and inputs
  • Provide competitors information to the marketing team
