Area Sales Manager - MSD

Role & responsibilities

• Manage current business in the above market and ensure achievement of quarterly and annual order booking target, market penetration, CRM etc.
• Responsible for Business Development in civic bodies by building tenders and end to end sales in industrial markets.
• Understand market dynamics and keep track of competitor activities and provide input for product development / innovation based on market requirements.
• Provide accurate and timely reports using our Sales Software.
• Ensure all collectables such as (receivables, Retention money, EMD/SD/FDR, BGs, and TDS etc) are followed up and collected on time.
• Will handle at least 15-20 municipal key customers independently.
• He will be trained on our Industrial Business (IVC) so that he can capable for IVC Sales. Particularly for Bihar & Jharkhand & part of West Bengal.

Preferred candidate profile

Education - Diploma / BE/B-tech in Mechanical Electrical Engineering Experience - Minimum 5 years experience in Industrial sales / Capital Equipment sales / Municipal Sales etc. Preferably in government bodies and ULBs, local knowledge and regional Language.

Skills & Knowledge : Commercial knowledge including tendering process, pricing GST, Excise, and other legislations relevant to business

Co-ordination and follow up skills.
