In this role, you will have the ability to influence our store environment, ensuring visually compelling displays that drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

This dynamic role blends two core functionsVisual Merchandising and Style Advisory. As a Senior Visual Merchandiser, you will:

• Develop and execute a merchandising strategy to create impactful displays and promotions.
• Stay adaptable and react to changing store conditions while maintaining high VM standards.
• Collaborate with the Central Office VM team to establish a Center of Excellence and implement visual guidelines.
• Interpret store layouts and adapt guidelines to fit specific store needs.
• Conduct clothing mat walk-throughs and align merchandising strategies with business priorities.
• Train, motivate, and coach store colleagues to think commercially and deliver excellent Visual Merchandising.
• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and present products in an inspiring and commercially effective way.
• Understand diverse customer profiles and tailor visual merchandising strategies accordingly.
• Provide excellent customer service, offering styling advice with confidence and knowledge.
• Maximize sales by leveraging visual merchandising and commercial expertise.

What You’ll Need

• Visual Merchandising expertise across multiple categories, including Non-Food, Dairy, Fruits & Vegetables, Staples, Ready-to-Eat, Grab & Go, and Snacks.
• Retail or operational experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple store displays.
• Proficiency in Visual Merchandising training, coaching, and reporting analysis.
• Ability to design and execute promotional displays, signage, floor plans, and seasonal themes.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Exhibition Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in FMCG/Retail Visual Merchandising.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW (SAP or other visual design tools are a plus).
• A strong retail merchandising portfolio showcasing demonstrable design skills.
• Solid experience in window displays, interior displays, signage, and space utilization.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and align merchandising strategies with business goals.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for innovation.Role & responsibilities
