Short summary:
Install and erect feed & douse systems at customer end + troubleshooting for customers, spare management, health check of systems, inventory management, work with EPD team on installation.

What You Will Do:
1. Support district sales personnel in the handling of Company program service calls on existing products and services and assist in the correction problems as appropriate.
2. Participate in design reviews, new application start-ups, and evaluations. Assist in critiquing products for serviceability, performance, and reliability. Inter-act with appropriate company resources and work as a team.
3. Ability to assess on-site field problems and operate required testing equipment to return systems to customer conformance.
5. Assist in the preparation of reports detailing technical problems and solutions to initiate necessary corrective product modifications and/or recommended process changes. Document value provided to the customer whenever possible.
6. Assist in the development of troubleshooting service guides and bulletins on existing products. Assume lead role of maintaining troubleshooting guides/bulletins and distribution to departments when required.
8. Work with other district personnel toward continuous improvement of policies and procedures resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
9. Complete adherence of Ecolab s safety protocol at site and strict adherence of Ecolab s Information security protocol.
10. Regular interactions with Industry technical consultants in a pro-active manner to mitigate any troubleshooting call at Customer site.
Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience.
cooling towers and heat exchangers would be an advantage.
Ability to sell value-added products to customers.
Carry aptitude and confidence to deal with large national and multi-national customers
Strong mechanical aptitude
Experience working with MS Excel Spreadsheets.
Experience working with Microsoft Power Point and MS Word.

Bachelor s degree in chemistry
0-1 years of technical service or field sales support experience
