Associate Staff Consultant (PowerPoint presentation Designer)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field: Formal education in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in creating sales presentations and marketing materials.
• Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and other design software: Advanced skills in PowerPoint and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of visual communication principles and data visualization techniques: Ability to convey information effectively through visuals.
• High level of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience in the B2B space through a portfolio of past projects.
• Ability to understand and communicate with technical decision-makers.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing: Skills in creating dynamic and engaging multimedia content.
• Understanding of the sales process and how to support it through design (bonus).

Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling and persuasive presentations primarily in PowerPoint that effectively communicate our value proposition to technical audiences.
• Create a variety of sales collateral: Develop placemat cards, video proposals, and other visual aids to support sales efforts.
• Simplify and present complex data and technical information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
• Maintain brand consistency across all sales materials.
• Collaborate with pre-sales team members: Work closely with the pre-sales team to understand their needs and gather content for presentations.
• Keep abreast of the latest design trends and best practices for visual communication.
• Manage and maintain a library of presentation templates and design assets: Organize and update a repository of templates and design assets for efficient use.
