Job Description:

We are seeking a Procurement Professional with expertise in sourcing raw materials for R&D and pilot/commercial scales. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in vendor development and procurement processes, specifically in the agrochemical or pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Obtain and evaluate quotations from multiple vendors to finalize the best options.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors, both domestic and international.
3. Handle procurement of raw materials for R&D, pilot, and commercial scales.
4. Address vendor-related issues, including rejected or non-compliant chemicals, and resolve them effectively.
5. Work closely with the China market to source high-quality raw materials.

Key Requirements:

1. Education:
• B.Sc. Chemistry or M.Sc. Chemistry is mandatory.
2. Experience:
• 38 years of procurement experience in SCM for CDMO, CRO, or pharmaceutical companies.
• Hands-on experience with R&D and pilot-scale procurement.
• Preferred experience working with the China market.
3. Skills:
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot procurement challenges effectively.
