Plant Accountant

Position: Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts
Location: Dahej Plant
Company: NACL Spec-Chem

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of bills in compliance with PO/DOA.
• Conduct GL scrutiny, vendor/debtors reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly expense schedules and support Plant MIS.
• Handle fixed asset accounting, inventory verification, and export-related GST documentation.
• Respond to auditor queries and provide required data to HO Finance.
• Manage treasury functions, including cash/bank book maintenance and reconciliations.
• Utilize SAP and MS Office effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: M.Com / MBA (Finance).
• Preferred Qualification: M.Com / CA-Inter / CMA-Inter.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years (Preferred: 5-10 years in relevant roles).

Skills and Competencies:

• Expertise in financial accounting, payables management, and audit processes.
• Knowledge of inventory and fixed asset management.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and collaboration skills.
