Job Description

HRole & responsibilities

Marketing and Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for government e-procurement portals, including GEM and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage and optimize product and service listings on GEM and related online bidding platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, leveraging market insights to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

Tender Management:

  • Analyze and interpret tender documents to gain a clear understanding of customer requirements and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to gather accurate and relevant information for tender submissions.
  • Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within specified deadlines, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and company standards.
  • Oversee the entire bid management process, including bid evaluation and proposal preparation, to maximize success rates.

Sales Support:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, providing detailed product information and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and meets client expectations
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data accuracy and facilitating effective follow-up and relationship management

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure all tender submissions and vales activthes edhere to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tender and bidding activities, including submasions, revisions, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on tender outcomes and performance, providing actionable insights and feedback to management

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and sales. especially within the aerospace, space, or defense sectors
  • Proven familiarty with e-procurement portals such as GEM, space, and defence
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex procurement processes and build relationships with government stakeholders.
