Test Strategy Development : Define and develop comprehensive test strategies that outline the testing approach, scope, objectives, and resources required for the project. Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure effective testing activities. Test Planning : Create detailed test plans, including test objectives, test cases, testing environments, schedules, and resource allocation. Test Execution : Oversee the execution of testing activities, ensuring that test cases are executed, defects are reported, and testing milestones are met. Quality Assurance : Ensure that the software meets quality standards by reviewing testing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices. Defect Management : Manage the defect lifecycle, including defect identification, tracking, prioritization, resolution, and verification.
