Job Description

Position: Team Lead - B2B SaaS Sales

Location: MyOperator, Sector 2, Noida

Experience Required: 3-7 years in B2B SaaS Sales

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Team Lead - B2B SaaS Sales to spearhead our sales efforts. As a key player, you will lead a team of sales professionals, drive revenue growth, and establish MyOperator as the go-to SaaS solution provider.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to capture and retain enterprise clients.

- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

- Pipeline Management: Track, analyze, and optimize sales pipelines using CRM tools.

- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to adjust strategies proactively.

- Team Development: Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer-centric approaches.

Required Skills:

- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a team lead or senior sales role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
