Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager at MyOperator in Noida.
- The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales goals.
- The Senior Business Development Manager will also be responsible for market research, creating proposals, and presenting solutions to potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and account management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of cloud communications or SaaS industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience working with tech startups or SaaS companies is a plus.
