Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our sales and marketing strategy and expand our market presence.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel and key account sales, as well as experience in the IT industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth through channel partners and named accounts.
- Manage and coach Regional Directors (RDs) to enhance their sales performance and professional development.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance and provide forecasts to guide strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external distributors and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in channel and key account sales, with a focus on driving results.
- Previous experience in the IT industry and knowledge of market dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
