Senior Manager

Minimum Criterion:

• Experience 8-12 years
• Industry Preference Retail/FMCG
• Domain Preference AP, Finance & Accounts, P2P
• Working Experience on SAP
• Language Fluent English
• Other Skills Impressive communication skills, etc.
• Base Location Bangalore Victoria layout
• Team handling experience of 5-10 team members
• Nature of Projects Finance & Accounts: - P2P, Recon, GST, TDS
• Should be comfortable with 6 days working

Job Description

• Leading F&A P2P team
• Ensuring SLA/KPIs monitoring and compliance
• Team Management - Work allocation, quality check, timeline adherence, team training
• Team hiring, replacement execution, backup planning
• Leading various audits (internal, statutory, special etc.)
• Process simplification initiatives
• Service Performance Report preparation, Cadence with client, monthly Governance with Senior management.
