Purchase Functional Trainee- Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

• Handling indents, allocation process, Permits, License renewal process of Rectified Spirit III
• Preparation of Price approvals, Purchase orders for Raw material
• Follow up and visit the suppliers for the timely delivery of raw materials.
• Vendor development - process of all RLS for new items and alternate sources for existing items. 
• Preparing and maintaining documents as per ISO.
• Accountable for submission of monthly purchase MIS reports which includes Inventory Value for Moving/ Slow/ Very Slow/ Non Moving RM/PM, Vendor Development and Cost Saving format, Total Purchases -Plant wise Total
• Responsible for procurement of Marketing promotional items and other miscellaneous items.
• Processing freight payment approvals for inward Raw materials.
• Review of RM stocks which consists of Indent vs ETAs.
• Handling the procurement of R&D testing material & instruments.
• Search for alternate sources for cost saving.
