Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and define the scope of consulting and audit projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project objectives.
- Execute projects as per the defined scope, ensuring tasks are completed on time and deliverables meet high-quality standards.
- Work alongside senior consultants in the execution of projects, while guiding junior team members and providing project management support.
- Lead or contribute to a variety of engagements, including: Software functionality audits, Risk and control audits, Process audits, Information System audits, BFSI and FinTech consulting, ISO 20022 Migration advisory
- Engage with clients directly to ensure effective communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Expertise in BFSI Areas: Apply knowledge in at least two of the following core BFSI areas:Customer on-boarding, including AML-CFT and KYC requirements
- End-to-end lifecycle management of advances/loan accounts, including Non-Performing Assets (NPAs)
- Trade finance transactions, such as letters of credit and bank guarantees
- Forex transactions, including an understanding of SWIFT processes
- Treasury operations
- Payment transactions processes, including cheques, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/NACH
- Banking regulations and reporting compliance
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
- Pre-requisites: Thorough practical knowledge in at least 2 out below areas:
- Customer on-boarding, AML-CFT / KYC requirements
- End-to-end life cycle of advances/loan accounts including NPAs
- Treasury operations - Payment transactions (cheques, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/NACH) processes
- Banking regulations and reporting
