Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will also take on Scrum Master responsibilities, ensuring seamless execution of Agile processes. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, develop clear documentation, and support product development through backlog management, testing, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and uphold Agile methodologies, including scrum ceremonies and artifacts.
• Serve as a Business Analyst, bridging the gap between business needs and development teams.
• Analyze existing business functions and processes for optimization.
• Conduct gap analysis and create detailed documentation to support decision-making.
• Design wireframes/mockups using Sigma
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Develop Backend and Frontend User Stories to guide the development team.
• Maintain business information using SharePoint.
• Good experience in preparing different documents for the SDLC such as FRD, BRD, SRS, Flowchart, UML, Use Cases, Test Cases, Prepare Presentation
• Basic knowledge of the technologies such as SQL, .Net, Angular

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience handling both Scrum Master and Business Analyst responsibilities.
• Background in Logistics sector, Shipping, Freight Forwarding,Role & responsibilities
