Regional Collection Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Regional Collections Manager to lead collections for unsecured personal and business loans in the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh regions. You will manage a team, implement strategies, and ensure the effective recovery of loans while adhering to legal and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Collection Strategies: Create and implement plans to recover unsecured personal and business loans in the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh regions.
• Manage Team: Lead and guide a team of collections agents, providing training and support to meet targets.
• Customer Engagement: Handle difficult collection cases, working directly with customers to find solutions and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor Performance: Track team performance, analyze data, and report on progress to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure Compliance: Make sure collections practices comply with legal regulations and company policies.
• Collaboration: Work with other teams like credit risk, legal, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
• Problem Resolution: Address complex issues and disputes, coordinating with legal teams when needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years in Regional collections Manager, with managing a team in unsecured loans.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of unsecured loan products and recovery processes.
• Leadership Skills: Experience leading a team and driving performance.
• Communication: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
