Job Opportunity For Zonal Collection Manager-Bangalore

Responsible for Collection portfolio for entire Zone.

• Staffing and grooming, team building, motivation, satisfaction and minimal attrition.
• Responsible for Ensuring Internal audit and process compliance.
• Allocating the delinquent cases amongst the Collection Managers/Area Collection Managers and setting up collection targets and formulating strategies.
• Helping collection managers/agencies in resolving sales and operation related issues by coordinating with sales and operation team.
