Key responsibilities

• Assist in the sourcing and screening of potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
• Help draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Assist in the coordination of recruitment events and career fairs.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation scheduling.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a postgraduate degree in MBA and BE /BTECH(CS/IT/IS/EC)/BCA/MCA/Mtech(CS/IS/IT) preferable
• Strong interest in human resources and recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & familiarity with ATS is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
