Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  
• Manage full life cycle recruiting process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  
• Strong understanding of sourcing profiles and domestic staffing processes.
  
• 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or IT staffing industry.
