Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job specifications.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
  • Write and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet the minimum qualifications.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Interview Coordination & Scheduling:
  • Manage interview scheduling and logistics, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare interview panels by providing candidate resumes and interview guides.
  • Offer Management:
  • Facilitate the offer process, including negotiation of terms and conditions, salary, and benefits.
  • Ensure that all pre-employment checks are completed (background checks, references, etc.).
  • Applicant Tracking & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track and report key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate experience ratings) to improve the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement:
  • Promote the companys employer brand to potential candidates through engaging job descriptions, social media outreach, and networking.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, ensuring a positive and consistent message is delivered to candidates.
  • Talent Pool Development:
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive salary benchmarks to ensure that recruitment strategies are competitive.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal, ethical, and company standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and adhere to data privacy laws.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
  • Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer management.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and MS Office Suite.
  • Personal Traits:
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with teams across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • A passion for helping people find the right job and organization that fits their skills and career goals.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in recruiting for specific industries (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance) or specialized roles.
  • Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in recruitment practices.
  • Experience with recruitment marketing, employer branding, or social media recruitment campaigns.
