Human Resource Recruiter

We are seeking a seasoned HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent, particularly in the domain of CA recruitment for Audit & Tax.

Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:
• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation packages.

• Candidate Experience:
• Provide a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide timely updates on the application status.

• Recruitment Process Improvement:
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on CA recruitment for Audit & Tax.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and tools.
