Role & responsibilities

Designation :- INTERN Customer Care Executive (Female Freshers Only)

Location :- Linarajpuram ,Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities :-

 Coordinating with multiple departments

 Ensuring with better understanding of branch functioning.

 Coordinate with different Branch staff , Department heads for closure.

 Supervising day-to-day operations in the department.

 Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.

 Preparing MIS report send to concern department and ensure the targets are meet.

 Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a

steady basis. Maintaining accurate records and documenting all service activities

 Preparing presentations for performances,

 Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings.

 Hiring and training new customer care Executive

 Staying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.

Requirement:

 Bachelors degree Freshers or keen to Build career with Zeal in customer service position in BFSI

 , Banking Sales.

 Proficiency in Basic Computer Skills

 Good written and verbal communication skills.

 Good understanding of management practices and techniques.

 Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
