Muscle Pro Nutrition Pvt Ltd's mission is to provide the best source of high-quality sports nutrition brands to Indian customers. The company has strong relationships with major manufacturers and brands, allowing them to offer top-tier products to clients.


Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Manager / Sales Head role located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager / Sales Head will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role will involve on-site work to interact directly with clients.


Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development and Implementation skills
  • Client Relationship Management and Sales Target Achievement skills
  • Strong Negotiation and Communication skills
  • Experience in sports nutrition or related industry
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance

Overview:

This role demands a dynamic individual with the skills and experience to drive business growth and exceed targets in a competitive market.


Responsibilities:

- Lead business development initiatives, including researching new opportunities, generating leads, and cold-calling prospective customers.

- Foster and develop client relationships, meeting face-to-face or via phone, understanding customer needs, and responding effectively.

- Think and work strategically to improve business operations, including drawing up contracts, advising on products/services, and ensuring organizational alignment.

- Plan and implement sales campaigns, create a sales pipeline, negotiate pricing, and seek ways to improve business operations.

- Liaise with finance, warehousing, and logistics departments, attend relevant seminars and events and keep abreast of business trends and changes.

- Train team members, arrange external training, and develop sales forecasts and marketing strategies to increase

sales.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 8-10 years of industry-related business development experience

• Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies

• Focused and goal-oriented
