Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • HR Administration: Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including offer letter generation, contract management, induction programs, and exit interviews.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll, including benefits administration, taxes, and statutory deductions.
  • HR Systems and Reporting: Administer HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Provide regular reports on HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, and other key performance indicators.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Help maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other operational matters.
  • Employee Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave management, and other company-specific benefits programs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in HR processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall employee experience.
  • HR Projects: Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, talent management programs, and other operational improvements.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors for benefits, insurance, and other employee-related services.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA Preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of HR processes and HRIS systems.
    • Excellent understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Proactive and adaptable to changing work environments.
    • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization.
  • Certifications (Optional): HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar would be an advantage.
