Cloud Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Cloud Management: Oversee the day-to-day management and monitoring of cloud infrastructure.
• System Deployment: Design, implement, and manage cloud systems and platforms.
• Performance Monitoring: Ensure the integrity and high availability of cloud infrastructures to provide maximum performance.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Backup and Recovery: Perform system backups and develop disaster recovery plans.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve cloud-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users on cloud applications and services.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of cloud configurations, procedures, and changes.
• Resource Optimization: Ensure efficient utilization of cloud resources, including CPU, memory, and storage.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT and security teams to monitor and enhance cloud privacy and security.
