Job description
- Handling a team of SME Agency channel
- Develop an effective agency channel for assign branch
- Managing the recruitment of Agents and Business Development Officers
- Sales & Business Development of SME insurance products
- Handling strategic alliances and tie-ups with various channel partners
- Should maintain balance between Sales & Claims
- Analyzing SME insurance business potential.
- Arrange the product training programs and awareness session
- Achievement of overall sales targets.
- Execute sales promotional activities
- Fixed CTC + Conveyance + Lucrative incentive with benefits of Mediclaim , Term Insurance and accident insurance
