Job Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities

• Manage entire life cycle of claim from intimation to settlement & post settlement recovery from Third Parties, if any for all non motor claims i.e. Fire, Engg, Marine, Misc and Liability.
• Responsible for LR and managing ICAs within budget.
• Ensuring timely registration of claims, maintaining appropriate provision for claim and service providers expenses, appointment of surveyors from existing panel having proper categorization, follow with client / surveyor / financier to expedite settlement of claims within prescribed TAT.
• Review of all Non Motor claims – Fire, Engineering, Misc & Marine on fortnightly basis.
• Regular meetings with Brokers, Channel Partners, Corporate clients, Business team, UW.
• Handling final claims auditing / Quality control at Regional level.
• Effective handling of Claims grievances.
• Streamlining the process of claim settlements / minimizing the turnaround time.
• Liaising with other Regions or Branches and HO and managing activities on claims
• Spearhead the efforts across Claims, analyzing various statistics and other informative reports to enable information flow and decision making for management / co-insurers / re-insurers.
• End to End processing of co-insurance & reinsurance claims
