Asst Manager - Bulk Drugs - API

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Increasing customer base and retaining existing customers
• Increase the Sales and Market penetration
• To ensure best deal for Bulk Drug products by effectively negotiating with the potential customers and increasing bottom line
• To ensure timely dispatch of POs to plant, follow up for the PL , LABELS etc as soon as the material is ready, rigorous follow up for the COA’s from plant and forwarding the same to customers for their approval before shipment is made.
• Rigorous follow up with Logistics team for preparation of the non-negotiable documents as soon as the packing list is received from plant & timely dispatch of raw material from plant once documentation are prepared .
• To work on SAP platform for Order entries to execution.
• In case of Cross Credit, the same is put forward to Accounts to do the necessary payment receipt entries for smoother dispatches .
• To provide timely post sales service i.e. providing shipping documents to customers immediately after the shipment is done
• Ensuring that the Original documents are submitted to Bank as soon as the Original AWB / BL is received by Logistics
• Follow up with Agents for their Debit Notes for Commission and forwarding the same to Accounts for the payments to be made on time (local agents)
• To ensure timely preparation of Monthly Sales Performance Statement
• Payment Outstanding Statement with ageing analysis
• Follow up with customers for pending payments
• Providing PFI / Documents to Logistics Dept. to forward to Bank for payments received .
• Preparing & Presenting sales report .
• To ensure no return of goods sold .
