OBJECTIVE: -
The Objective of this SOP to provide consistent & high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations.
Step to Follow: -
Greet the guest at host table according to the time of day with a clear and loud "Good Morning," "Good Afternoon," etc. - Say, "Welcome to our store."
Briefly explain the menu, including any current offers such as combos or Buy One Get One deals on chocolates.
Direct the guest to the order counter.
Designated Floor Associate to ask the guest if they prefer merchandise or food. Guide them to the appropriate counter based on their preference.
Greet the customer at order and ask for their preference (veg or non-veg food, or merchandise like chocolate, perfume, toys, etc.).
Inform the customer about ongoing offers such as combos or Buy One Get One deals and take an order
Announce the order clearly and record the sale in the POS system.
Take payment and settle the bill as per mode of payment such as UPI, Card or Cash.
Inform the guest about the preparation time for food or delivery time for merchandise.
Deliver the food within the promised time.
Floor staff take feedback within 2 minutes of serving the food. Ask if the guest wants to order anything else to increase APC (Average Per Customer). Deliver additional items to the table.
Thank the customer with a remark such as, "Hope you had a great time with us. We look forward to serving you again. Have a great day."
Clearance and re-organize the table within 3 Minutes of guest departure.
