Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Multiplex Group of Companies for our newly launched consumer product - Shuddi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strong relationships with retailers and distributors, and ensuring the effective placement of products in the market.

Roles Responsibilities

Sales Business Development:

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the retailer and distributor network.
Ensure market penetration and brand visibility in assigned territories.

Retailer Distributor Management:

Maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Handle order processing, stock replenishment, and timely deliveries.
Address retailer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Research Competitor Analysis:

Conduct market visits to assess customer needs and competitor strategies.
Gather and report market insights, pricing trends, and customer preferences.

Promotional Activities:

Implement and monitor in-store promotional activities to boost sales.
Ensure effective display and merchandising of products at retail outlets.

Reporting Documentation:

Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
Track inventory and sales performance within assigned territories.

Qualification Experience

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields).
2-4 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector handling Key Accounts
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Good understanding of the local market and FMCG industry dynamics.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
