Job Description

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across departments.
- Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates for various roles.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidate qualifications.
- Manage administrative tasks related to HR operations, including employee onboarding and documentation.
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases for accuracy and compliance.
- Organize and manage employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovative HR practices.
- 3 years of experience in HR, including recruitment and administrative functions.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and contracts.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HR software, and recruitment tools.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
