MulticoreWare - Director - Product Marketing (10-16 yrs)

We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic Product Marketing Director to drive our business to new heights.

The AVA BU has experienced a phenomenal interest in our services and products, and we need to convert this interest into business opportunities by working closely with the Engineering and Sales teams to offer outstanding value add solutions to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in all things related to Autonomous and Automotive and also possess some- hands-on development experience in some of those areas to help lend credibility to the role.

It works in sectors including High Performance Computing (HPC),- Media & AI Analytics (MAIA), Video Solutions, Autonomous Vehicle and Automotive (AVA) software, all of which are- rapidly expanding.

The essence of the Autonomous Vehicles & Automotive business unit lies at delivering optimized solutions for sophisticated sensor fusion intelligence, designing algorithms & implementing software to be deployed on a variety of automotive grade hardware platforms.

Job Description:

This job involves working with the Sales Department for qualification of new customer opportunities and subsequently- liaising with all stakeholders to prepare a detailed technical and commercial offering matched to the customer demand.

Location: Chennai/Coimbatore.

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days.

Role Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular reviews with Sales teams and Engineering to ensure that all opportunities are thoroughly reviewed and actions taken to progress them.

- Meet with customers and offer technical solutions consistent with the Company capabilities and offerings- to address customer needs.

- Liaise with stakeholders including Delivery Managers and Solution Architects to ensure robust preparation of commercial offers and related Statement of Works (SoWs).

Maintain the Technical Collateral (Asset Library):

- Identify new product opportunities and help to establish internal projects for development of these.

- Develop relationships and lead projects with partner educational institutions.

Required Skills:

- Good all-round technical experience but at least three from the following areas: ADAS, Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Development and Optimization of SoC, GPU, DSP and NN applications, Radar Engineering, Functional Safety ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE, Embedded Engineering including firmware and driver development.

- Must be willing to keep up with new and emerging technologies on a continual basis.

- As this is primarily a customer facing role, excellent English language communication skills are required.

- Good technical communication skills are required.

- Candidates must be self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant development experience in any of the above defined technical areas.

- Educational qualification: BE/BS in CS or EE, or similar qualification- is required, MTech/MS/MBA is preferred.
