Job Summary:
Overview We seek a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing professional with 8-15 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy for our products, ensuring alignment with business goals, and effectively communicating value propositions to target audiences.
Job Description:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive product adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, informing product positioning and messaging.
Product Positioning:
- Define and articulate clear product positioning and value propositions that resonate with target customers and differentiate them from competitors.
Go-to-Market Plans:
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to gather insights and ensure successful product positioning and messaging.
Content Creation:
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product documentation, and promotional content.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, FAQs, competitive analysis, and objection-handling documents.
Performance Metrics:
- Establish KPIs and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
Customer Engagement:
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and drive product usage.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
Customer Advocacy: Develop and leverage customer stories, testimonials, and case studies to support marketing initiatives and demonstrate product value to prospects + Manage Reviews and Testimonials on Marketplaces like G2, Trust Radius etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of product marketing experience
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns. - Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g , CRM, analytics software, content management systems).
