Role Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our team in Delhi. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, financial oversight, and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent technical skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Expertise:
• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
• Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and functional.
Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, email handling, and Outlook.
• Create and maintain reports and data records as required.
Financial Management:
• Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate expense records.
• Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
Housekeeping Oversight:
• Oversee housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
Travel Coordination:
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings and visa processes.
• Ensure timely and efficient travel planning for employees.
Vendor Management:
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely processing of bills.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with vendors for cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in administration or a similar role.
