Facility Executive

Job Description:

Facility Management Executive for Kolkata
1. The candidate would be responsible for completing and/or overseeing maintenance of all systems for office building including HVAC (Heating, ventilation & air conditioning), security, electrical and fire safety.
2. Responsible for related vendor and contract management- negotiate and coordinating with vendors, maintain strategic vendor relationships, monitor vendor performance, and provide front end support.
3. Responsible for office housekeeping activities and vendor management.
4. Manage and support all outdoor facility requirement for different official events.
5. Administer and routinely update/refresh the office supplies, facility asset, and office equipment inventories.
6. Lesioning with different external bodies (government/private) and ensure seamless statutory and administration operation.

7. Conducting regular Audit on Facility operations. Monthly vendor meetings and reporting status to management.

8. Audit vendor invoices, receipts and bills for accuracy and price consistency against contracts Benefits.
