Drive Sales Growth: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through consultative selling within the designated region.
• Revenue Generation: Directly responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving assigned sales quotas within the designated territory.
• Client Prospecting & Acquisition: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and cold outreach within the assigned geographic area.
• Customer Needs Assessment: Carry out site surveys & engage in deep conversations with clients to understand their unique business challenges, pain points, and objectives. • Solution Development: Tailor product or service offerings based on customer requirements, aligning solutions with their business goals.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Execute the companys sales strategy within the territory, customizing approaches based on the clients specific needs.
• Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals that highlight the value and ROI of solutions
. • Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and present accurate and competitive proposals with the support of the Techno-commercial team; negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking interactions, followups, and progress on leads.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
• Client Follow-up & Relationship Management: Regularly engage with existing and potential clients to nurture relationships and foster long-term partnerships.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results for senior management review.
• Post-Sales Support: Ensure smooth product delivery, Training, and handover to the operations team for the installations.
• Client Satisfaction: Responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by providing value-driven solutions.
