Job Description
- Responsibilities: An Individual Contributor, with a minimum Bachelors Degree and aspirant to achieve professional excellence by giving best of knowledge and services through the organization
- Around 6 to 7 Years of Technical Writing experience in Server, Storage, Networking, Security, AI, IAM, and CRM web/CLOUD application domains (Including SaaS, IaaS, PaaS)
- Worked on product/project user documentation such as user, system administrator, API, quick reference, installation, support, training guides, and context-sensitive online help files (Responsive HTML5)
- Knowledge in DITA, CMS, GitHub, GitLab, JIRA, Chatbot, API, MSTP, SDLC, DDLC, Version control, and Agile Framework
- Experience in documentation tools such as MS Word, MS Office including Visio, Oxygen xml, Adobe Unstructured (Robohelp), and image capturing tools
- Expertise in documentation reviews, design, editing, proof reading, word usage, spelling, and phraseology
- Ability to adopt new technologies, sincere, enthusiastic learner, committed, confident and optimistic
- Handle competitive, time-bound, demanding assignments, strong communication skills, good analytical, and reasoning abilities
- Interact proactively with Developers, SMEs, Product / Project Owners, and Managers to get a better understanding of the product/project and the application that helps in delivering high-quality documents
- Ensure smooth execution of user documentation and validate that the written content is clear, concise, and accurate
- Location: Chennai
