Area Service Manager

Ensure smooth operations within the company with a focus to improve company efficiency
Ensure query resolution within TAT by coordinating with internal / external parties
Receive calls from and make outbound call to merchants to understand their queries and help in resolution.
Conduct root-cause analysis of Merchant queries and find corrective / preventive action
Help merchant with possible solution by understanding the regulatory framework and operation workflow
Conduct period calls with team on pending queries / escalations of merchants
Prepare weekly data for merchants giving comparative analysis of total transactions processed, margin of error, status of open   queries etc.
Ensure queries are not repeated by implementing permanent solution

Job Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Able to handle a team & can able to give training when required
Able to effectively work under tight deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
