Europe Operations - Manager -Business Development- Formulations

Position Overview:

The Europe Operations Manager will oversee and manage B2B and B2C operations, ensuring milestones are achieved while determining effective dosage distribution strategies across Europe. This role serves as a critical liaison between European stakeholders and Indian teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to support product commercialization and market readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Vendor & Client Relationship Management

1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, emphasizing a client-centric approach.
2. Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring timely deliverables.
3. Coordinate weekly with B2B and B2C customers to assess market volume potential and plan forecasts and supplies.
4. Oversee re-packaging activities at Pharmadox and manage inquiries and proposals for new clients.
5. Conduct sales setup activities, including pricing and service configuration, and follow up on stalled opportunities.
6. Handle sales tasks, including CRM administration and providing service-related information.

B. Business Development

1. Coordinate supply pricing for B2C tenders and B2B customers.
2. Negotiate API prices and evaluate conversion costs for market competitiveness.

C. Business Operations

1. Manage annual forecasts and oversee launch management, including materials inventory and batch scalability.
2. Ensure timely execution of quality systems and batch testing from ARC and Pharmadox.
3. Coordinate EU/UK QP activities, plant visits, and audits.
5. Oversee artwork management for launches and updates, and collaborate with regulatory and operations teams.
6. Optimize dispatch management to enhance P&L through logistics improvements.

D. Warehouse Management

1. Coordinate with 3PL sites for consignment receipt, QA release, and synchronize batch releases with testing labs.
2. Manage sample collections for testing, regulatory agencies, and tender bodies.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field (preferred).
• Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Pharmaceutical Sciences (preferred).

Experience:

• 3-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in B2B and B2C operations, supply chain management, and cross-functional collaboration.
