Job Description

Role & responsibilities


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist/Manager to oversee and streamline the HR processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, compliance with policies and regulations, and support a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations and Administration:

- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions.

- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data management.

- Develop and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

2. Payroll and Benefits:

- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to related inquiries.

- Collaborate with finance for payroll audits and reconciliations.

3. Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure adherence to local and international labor laws.

- Prepare and manage HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors as needed.

4. Employee Engagement and Support:

- Serve as the point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations.

- Support employee engagement programs and initiatives.

- Mediate and resolve basic employee relations issues in collaboration with HR business partners.

5. Process Improvement:

- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency.

- Implement HR technology solutions to optimize workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

Education & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, BambooHR).

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
