Job Description
- Conduct a morning meeting to discuss the days strategy.
- Handling the entire online sales team and ensuring that they are performing efficiently.
- Train and motivate team members to provide a better understanding of market/products.
- Monitor and review team members performance, help them achieve maximum business.
- Responsible for achieving team targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for primarily selling Equity based investment product like MF.
- Periodic meeting with client along with team member
- Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the financial services industry. Provide regular updates to the RO/RM as and when require.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/post Graduate with more than 1-5 years experience in the broking or finance sector.
- Strong knowledge of Equity market, commodity market, Mutual fund & other financial products.
- Previous experience of successfully leading a team in a customer-facing capacity with a strong drive for results.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships and negotiating deals.
