Job Description
- The main responsibility of this role is to achieve the Revenue Targets set for the Branch Team, through Broking of - Equity, Derivatives, Commodity.
- Responsibility will also include Hiring and training of the team on Product and Selling Skills.
- Need to improve and maintain the client activity ratio by activating clients across the segments.
- Organizing weekly Investor meets to increase client base.
- Reporting of branch activities to Business Head on Time.
- Monthly training programs for staffs (Product related/ Communication Skills /Risk Management & Compliance) for improving caliber.
- Communicating to employees about the important matters concerning the Company and its Policies
- Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage teams effectively towards achieving sales & Brokerage targets.
- Domain Knowledge of Products like Equity Stock Broking, Mutual Funds.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Above 3+ year of experience in Stock Broking industry.
- Strong knowledge of Equity market, commodity market, Mutual fund products.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships and negotiating deals.
