Job Description
- Design and implement integration solutions using SAP BTP iPaaS capabilities.
- Develop and optimize interfaces for real-time and batch integration across SAP and non-SAP system.
- Leverage SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, Open Connectors, API Management for building robust and scalable integration solutions.
- Implement event driven architectures using SAP Event Mesh or other event streaming technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, architects, and developers, to gather and analyze integration requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical designs and integration workflows.
- Ensure integration comply with organizational security standards, regulatory guidelines (e.g. GxP, HIPAA), and industry best practices.
- Manage data flow governance and error handling mechanisms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration processes to ensure performance, uptime, and data accuracy.
- Conduct regular health checks and implement proactive measures for continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes, configurations, and best practices. Act as a subject matter expert.
- Advocate for process automation and digital transformation initiatives within the organization.
- Work within a matrix organizational structure, reporting to both the functional manager and the project manager.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with both functional and project goals.
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Open Connectors).
- Proficiency in developing integration between SAP ECC/S4HANA and non-SAP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday).
- Knowledge of integration patterns (e.g., synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven).
- Proficiency in authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT, SAML).
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, XSLT, OData, REST, and SOA
- Experience with SAP Event Mesh, BTP Extension Suite, or SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for SAP integration projects.
- Exposure to other middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
